Globalworth SQUARE
Project overview
The client’s objective was to develop a state of the art office building that incorporates the latest technical and spatial architectural solutions. To achieve this, significant space has been allocated to cuttingedge equipment and systems, ensuring the building operates efficiently and responsibly, both economically and environmentally. The architectural brief emphasized the need for a functional and spatial connection with neighbouring buildings to create a cohesive ensemble of administrative structures. Together, these buildings form a prominent urban business hub of a considerable scale. The project site, spanning 6,654 square meters, was vacant and free from existing structures.

Design Approach
The architectural design prioritized flexibility, with an open-plan interior concept that can be adapted for future arrangements. The office tower features 15 floors, with levels 1 to 14 dedicated to office spaces and their associated annexes. The ground floor and 15th floor is reserved for connecting and public functions, including retail and food service areas. Additionally, the building has three underground levels dedicated to parking and technical facilities. All design and construction processes adhere to the regulations and standards applicable to tall office buildings.
ROLE IN THE PROJECT
I joined the architecture team responsible for the design for Globalworth Square shortly after arriving at Westfourth. I have contributed to the delivery of technical and execution details, focusing on façade and interior design, as well as preliminary measurements and estimates. Working within the team has been a valuable experience, allowing me to learn the process and prepare to coordinate my own project from start to finish.
